PLEASE NOTE
Maximum occupancy for 910 Franklin Street for shorter visits are up to six guests. Extended stay occupancy is limited to three guests for stays exceeding one month. A Vacation Rental Agreement and fully refundable security and damage deposit are required for stays of more than seven days. Children are welcome guests.
910 Franklin Street is a self-catering facility with a fully equipped kitchen. Catering and cleaning services are not included but are available upon request for an additional fee by day, week, month, or special occasion. Please book this ahead with your reservation.
910 Franklin Street is a smoke free environment. Persons who do not respect this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and also be charged a $250 smoke-removal and fumigation fee.
910 Franklin Street can not accept pets for the sake of our clients with allergies. We love pets but we must ask you to honor this policy. Thank You
Free Street Parking in the core downtown is available during your stay.
There is a bicycle and helmet available for guests with a deposit.
A crib and high chair are available upon request. Please let us know in advance.

DEPOSITS AND CONFIRMATION
The deposit is a guarantee that we will hold the room for you for the number of nights booked and that you will pay the balance when you check-in.
Reservations are secured and confirmation is sent with a receipt of one night’s deposit for reservations of three(3) or fewer nights at 910 Franklin Street.
A 50% deposit is required for weekends and special events for 910 Franklin Street for four (4) or more nights.
A 30% deposit is required for all one(1) to three(3) month extended stays at 910 Franklin.
A full prepayment is due in advance whenever a reservation is made under the following circumstances:
Within 30 days of your arrival date and staying for more than four(4) nights.
Within 30 days of your arrival date and based on one(1) to three(3) month stay.
For all special event weekends such as Graduation, Arts Walk, and New Year’s Eve
For all reservations made by an international guest (not residing in the USA)
For any third party reservations

Guests are responsible for all reserved dates. Please review your arrival and departure dates for accuracy upon receipt of your confirmation letter. There are no refunds for early departures. However, if we are able to fill the space on those dates, Short Stay Lodgings will then issue you a credit voucher for use at 910 Franklin Street which will be good for one year from the date of the original reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
For 910 Franklin Street reservations of up to three nights- cancellations must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date. Deposit refunds are subject to a 25% processing fee.
For 910 Franklin Street reservations of four(4) or more nights require that cancellation must be made within 30 days prior to your arrival date..
Deposit refunds are subject to a 25% processing fee.
For an Extended stay of more than 14 days and up to three months requires that the cancellation must be made with a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date. Deposit refunds are subject to a $130 processing fee. Cancellations with less than the required sixty (60) days notice in advance of your arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
